Compassionate care. ## Who We Are Riverwoods Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a private oral surgery practice located at River Park Medical Plaza in Provo, Utah. We serve patients throughout Utah County including Provo, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Springville, Spanish Fork, and surrounding communities.
